Come join the Beyond Boundaries team of volunteers for our Learn to Bike program with ASCV!
Here’s what you need to know for this upcoming biking adventure:
Date: Mondays from February 17 to April 7
Volunteer Arrival Time: 5:45pm
Place: WeeWheel (9200 Stony Point Pkwy Suite 190, Richmond, VA 23235)
Volunteers must complete the Learn to Bike training prior to registering for these opportunities!! Volunteer training is scheduled for 2/10/25. If you cannot make this training date but still wish to participate in the Learn to Bike program, please email george@beyondboundariesrva.org.
Dress for the weather! Most of our sessions (especially the earlier ones) will take place inside, but as the weather warms up we may move outside. Wear comfortable clothing and shoes and plan to spend about 1.75 hours total on this trip. Make sure to bring a water bottle as well.
While we will have plenty of gear on-site for participants and volunteers to use, here are some things that could be helpful for you to bring:
-Comfortable shoes
-Water bottle
- Sunscreen/sunglasses (if session is outside)
